Digital strategy
Digitalization trends are opening up new ways to further develop or even reinvent your business, but can also be a threat if your competitors adapt to new technology faster than you do. The “old” IT Strategy needs to be replaced by an action-oriented Digital Strategy that is fully aligned with and supports the organization’s long term business strategy.
Through interviews with top management and key resources, we identify the customer’s business strategy and objectives. Digitalization and other technology trends are also important aspects in the analysis. We then perform a gap analysis, an assessment of current operational performance, and an IT-assessment. Before we recommend the best way forward, we involve internal project resources in defining and analyzing alternative scenarios. The final result is a Digital Transformation Roadmap whose realization is normally organized in a program.
