As part of a company-wide performance improvement effort, management adopted a new business strategy that put greater emphasis on establishing uniform best practices in all areas. This included the renewal of the company’s digital strategy with a 3–6-year perspective.
Brief description of Akselera’s role, deliverables and results
Akselera worked closely with the customer to develop a digitalization vision and a set of 3–6-year targets. The detailed scope of the project included preparation for standardization, simplification, and digitalization. Akselera’s advisors were responsible for business process analysis, establishing digital target/goals, and the planning of approximately 40 digitalization initiatives.
