Customer need/ Project scope
In keeping with its strategic goals, the company encourages digitalization initiatives across the entire organization. A digitalization program was established to manage a large number of initiatives in the company’s operations in India, Peru, Chile, and Brazil. The program focused on utilizing solutions and competency developed centrally in the more immature markets of developing countries, as well as supporting and coordinating local ideas and initiatives. The digitalization program covers projects within hydrology, energy management, portfolio and risk management, customer interaction, operations, and technical infrastructure.
Brief description of Akselera’s role, deliverables and results
Akselera helped to set up the program and acted as program manager, closely monitoring more than 30 projects and initiatives aimed at modernizing, standardizing, and digitalizing the customer’s operations.
