Customer need/ Project scope ​

Rabbalshede Kraft needed to improve the project management of a full-scope Jeeves implementation that was suffering from heavy delays and cost overruns, as well as an increasingly deteriorating relationship between the customer and the supplier.

Brief description of Akselera’s role, deliverables and results ​

An experienced project manager from Akselera took over management of the project. After bringing the parties together, structuring the work, enhancing the plans, resolving issues and unclarities, the project was brought back on track and has now been successfully delivered.
