We begin with a thorough initial analysis based on management interviews and workshops to gain a deep understanding of the organization’s needs, challenges, and objectives. This phase forms the foundation for a more detailed analysis using structured methodologies.

A maturity assessment is performed to evaluate the organization’s current state across key process and technology areas. This is followed by a value driver analysis to identify the factors with the greatest impact on profitability and efficiency. Using industry-specific process maps (TO-BE), we design future process scenarios that support the organization’s strategic goals. In addition, we apply process analysis and process mining to extract insights directly from operational data, enabling objective documentation and prioritization of improvement areas.

Our findings are reviewed and validated with management to ensure shared understanding, clear prioritization, and strong alignment. The analysis concludes with a presentation of both quick wins and a concrete roadmap for long-term improvement.
