The customer supplies industrial piping and hose solutions, mainly to the offshore industry. ​

Organize and follow up improvement initiatives (from phase 1), clustered into 5 separate projects.

Assess risks and prevent delays in conjunction with the project managers​.

Mentor project managers and the project owner, with regards to both project management and supply chain specific subjects​.

Recommend next steps, including timeline and prioritized new initiatives​.

16 improvement initiatives were organized in 5 projects. 13 of the 16 initiatives were delivered on time, while 3 had non-critical delays or redefined timelines.

The implemented improvements played a significant role in enabling a staff reduction of 25%, generating annual savings of over NOK 12 million.​
