16 improvement initiatives were organized in 5 projects. 13 of the 16 initiatives were delivered on time, while 3 had non-critical delays or redefined timelines.
The implemented improvements played a significant role in enabling a staff reduction of 25%, generating annual savings of over NOK 12 million.
