About the customer
Rabbalshede Kraft is a leading developer and long-term provider of renewable energy in the Nordic region. As part of its growth strategy, the company initiated a full-scope implementation of Jeeves ERP system.
Customer need
The ERP implementation project experienced significant delays and cost overruns. In addition, the relationship between the customer and the supplier had become increasingly challenging. Rabbalshede Kraft needed experienced project management to regain control of the project and ensure successful delivery.
Akselera’s role
Akselera provided an experienced project manager to take over the client-side leadership of the project. The initial focus was to re-establish collaboration between the parties, clarify responsibilities, and create a structured plan for completing the implementation.
Through structured project management, improved planning, and systematic follow-up of key issues, the project was gradually brought back on track.
Result
The ERP solution was successfully implemented in accordance with the revised scope, timeline, and budget. At the same time, the working relationship between Rabbalshede Kraft and the supplier improved significantly, enabling a more constructive collaboration going forward.
