Project scope
Rabbalshede Kraft was in the process of implementing an ERP solution to facilitate future growth. However, the project was not delivering and suffered severe delays. There was an urgent need to find out how best to rectify the situation and get the project going again.
Akselera’s role, deliverables and results
Akselera was engaged to conduct an objective project health check. The aim was to analyze the situation and recommend how to get the project back on track. The analysis was based on interviews with project team members and stakeholders from both the customer and the supplier, as well as an assessment of key deliverables. The advisor presented the findings and recommendations to both the supplier and the customer, and made agreed updates after alignments with both parties. The result was a final report with agreed key actions and their rationale.
