Terje has many years of experience as a programme/project manager for large transformation programmes using SAP or other ERP solutions as an enabler. His experience comes primarily from CIO roles in large, multinational companies in the food & beverage and aquaculture industries. In addition to ERP/SAP implementations, this has also given him wide-ranging experience of SAP and process governance, benefit realization, IT management and building international IT organizations. Terje has also played key roles in several large, international M&A projects and post-merger integrations. Terje has a deep understanding of logistics, including sourcing and planning (S&OP), production and sales & distribution. Terje has also played a key role in projects using AI/machine learning as well as big data.
