Pål brings extensive international experience in implementing business solutions across a range of industries. He began his career as a project manager delivering ERP projects within a consultancy organization, later transitioning into sales and marketing roles targeting sectors such as process industries, shipping, and the maritime domain. He has served as delivery director for professional services organizations. As a team-oriented leader, he promotes collaboration and encourages practical, results-driven approaches.

Over the past decade, he has held roles on the receiving end of solution implementations, with a strong focus on user adoption and change management. He possesses deep expertise in learning concepts and technologies. In the recent five years, Pål has been working with the operational use of IT in salmon farming.
