Experience

Jan-Frode has extensive experience from line management in the shipping industry, where he has served as Application Manager and Maintenance Process Manager in several large companies. He has been the overall responsible for several key operations systems and business improvement initiatives. In addition, Jan-Frode has experience from consulting and system implementation from shipping and the oil & gas industry.

Over the years Jan-Frode has worked with a number of different ERP systems and built knowledge within procurement/logistics, HSEQ, but specializing deeply within maintenance and inventory management. He has been involved in several large projects for system implementation, upgrade and migration from both a customer and supplier point of view, and has both project and operational experience.
