Experience

Geir has extensive experience of ERP (IFS) implementations, upgrades and roll outs in large and often international companies. He has a deep understanding of ERP operability in general and IFS Applications in particular in a global multi-company and multi-site setup. He has primarily worked as a Solution Architect/Project Manager, leading cross functional and cross discipline teams in designing and implementing sound functional solutions in the application landscape.

Geir thrives in facilitating discussions in complex organizations in the borderline between operations/organization, process, applications and technology.

Geir has primarily worked with global supply chains and manufacturing intensive industries, but also has extensive experience from a range of different sectors.
