Anne Grethe has extensive experience in various roles, including project management, program management, change management, finance, and leadership.
She has also worked and lived abroad for several years, gaining international exposure and experience. As a project manager at Danfoss, she led the implementation of complex IT systems in countries like Brazil, Russia, Poland, and the Czech Republic. Through these projects, Anne Grethe became skilled in tailoring and improving solutions and processes. Importantly, she has a talent for guiding people through changes that these systems bring. In recent years, she led a unit of business consultants specializing in project management and business advice at Tietoevry.
