Project scope

The purpose of the program was to standardize core business processes across the global organization to improve operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and reduce risk exposure. The initiative aimed to enhance capital management, improve transparency across business units, and clarify roles and responsibilities throughout the enterprise.

A key objective was to implement a single, integrated SAP S/4HANA business platform to support end-to-end processes — from planning to reporting, market-to-cash, issue-to-resolution, source-to-pay, plan-to-inventory, and recruit-to-retire — as well as master data management across more than 50 countries. The program also introduced advanced, role-based access controls to reduce compliance risk and ensure secure, standardized operations.

Akselera’s role, deliverables and results

Akselera contributed specialized expertise within cutover planning, testing, data migration, and end-user enablement throughout the rollout phase. Our consultants supported multiple cutover simulations, managed test execution and validation, and coordinated migration activities to ensure smooth transition and business continuity.

In addition, Akselera assisted in training development and delivery, ensuring that users across regions were well-prepared to adopt the new global S/4HANA solution. Following go-live, we provided hypercare and stabilization support to secure early adoption and maintain operational quality.
