Sidsel has more than 30 years’ experience in top management positions as well as a management consultant. Her engagement has primarily been in large national and multinational companies with complex value chain, mostly within FMCG and Retail Operations both B2B and B2C. She has also experience from a variety of industries, such as Technology Companies, Marine Industry and Engineering.

Sidsel is well placed to advise on strategic change processes, strategic sourcing and category management, Post Merger Integrations, ERP and Organizational development, assessments (individual and team).
