Experience

Mathis has extensive experience of managing large and mid-size business improvement projects using IT solutions as an enabler. He has been project manager for implementation projects for IFS, Oracle Fusion, SAP, Infor M3, electronic patient record solutions, welfare technology, etc.

Mathis has also undertaken and managed several selection of business applications projects, including evaluation, implementation planning and contract negotiation.

Over the past few years, Mathis has managed the successful turnaround of several projects that had run into difficulties, having first performed a general health check, defined business benefits and drawn up a rough implementation plan/cost estimate.
