Experience

Kirsti has many years of experience with large Nordic/European/global transformation programmes using SAP or other ERP solutions as an enabler. She has led large and mid-sized ERP-enabled transformation projects in a variety of industries. She has also managed several operational improvement and business process improvement projects.

She has solid expertise in the area of application architecture and a deep understanding of logistics, procurement, operations, maintenance, modification and integrated planning processes.
