Experience

Emilie holds a degree in Business Administration from Pittsburgh, PA and a Master of Innovation and Leadership from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. She has worked in various roles in the insurance industry, including business developer, product specialist, business analyst and project manager.

She has dedicated her time to product development, process optimization and commercial pricing in both projects and operation. As a project manager Emilie has led projects from the idea/developmental phase until implementation and participated in implementation and test in a supportive role. As a business analyst, she has experience with analyzing sales data, and has worked with market driven pricing and value-based pricing. Emilie has facilitated several pricing initiatives and participated in the rollout of a new sales methodology and incentive system.
