Kay has extensive managerial experience, focusing particularly on improving the customer journey and what this customer focus means for an organization’s processes, people, technology and results.

For more than 10 years, he has used his trading and management experience in the role of advisor, consultant and project manager for various clients in the retail, consumer goods and public sectors.

He has held senior positions at several Norwegian retailers, where he has successfully managed major restructuring and reorganization processes. He has recently used his extensive retail and change management experience as an advisor, consultant and project manager for various clients in retail, consumer goods and the public sector.
