I lead our efforts in recruitment, employer branding, and talent management — ensuring we attract and retain senior consultants with subject matter expertise in business transformation, advisory, implementation and improvement.
My background spans over 15 years in recruitment and HR, with experience from both large corporations and smaller consultancies. I have led international recruitment teams, delivered executive search, HR and workforce solutions in the Nordics. I have also held leadership roles in sales, HR, operations and as a general manager, with a broad industry knowledge, from consulting and technology to energy, industry, retail and professional services.
