Andrea has, as senior solution consultant, been a part of several implementation projects of Dynamics 365 FO, and post go-live support. She has broad experience from the retail industry, where she has worked with supply chain management, with an in-depth knowledge of procurement and demand planning. She has worked with optimalization of procurement processes, and she has been a project leader for selection of demand planning solution and assisting project leader for implementation of solution, working with integration with ERP solution, testing and training. In her position as category manager and sub-project leader she was central to the work of establishing a Danish retail chain in Norway and she was responsible for optimizing the organisations work process and distribution of tasks between the Norwegian and Danish offices, this ensured the most efficient organisation and low resource costs in Norway. Later, she was also appointed deputy commander at the Norwegian headquarters. Andrea also has experience from category work, which gives her broad expertise and good business understanding.
