Inger-Anne has extensive experience from the health care industry and has been team leader for supply chain management in a large and complex implementation project of SAP S/4HANA. She has broad knowledge of sales and purchasing processes and has led several work groups through all phases of an implementation project such as design, development, testing, cut-over to production and post go-live support. She has a solid understanding of the interaction between ERP solutions and specialist solutions in the health care industry, working with integrations through development of functional specifications, participation in testing and cut-over to production.
Inger-Anne has participated in benefit identification related to improving business processes enabled by a new ERP solution. She has also worked as a controller, and has experience with financial follow-up, cost/benefit analysis and gap-analysis in the supply chain area.
