Geir has over 30 years experience in operational / managerial positions as well as a management consultant. His engagements have primarily been with multinational companies with complex supply chain and/or manufacturing setup, but he also has experience from a variety of industries. He has lead project- and solution teams in ERP implementation, upgrade and roll out projects and worked extensively with Solution and Application Portfolio architecture and management. Geir thrives managing multidisciplined teams in the borderline between process, people/organizations, applications and technology, facilitating the design and implementation of robust solutions to support business objectives.
