The project’s objective was to select a SaaS solution and an implementation partner that would help bring the company’s divisions together through uniform business processes and management models, supported by a shared solution for accounting and finance. In this way, the goal of collaboration, increased profitability, and better management could be achieved.
Brief description of Akselera’s role, deliverables and results
The selection of a new solution for accounting and finance was organized with a project manager from Akselera, who brought experience from up-to-date SaaS framework selections. Akselera also provided subject matter expertise on solution architecture, business processes, and cloud architecture. Akselera was responsible for the invitation to dialogue, invitation to contract, demo sessions, and the contract review, and supported contract negotiations.
