Project background and objectives
In the period 2013-2015, Akselera assisted the customer with process mapping, preparation of test cases, preparation of RFI, contract negotiations, selection of solution and implementation. The solution selected and implemented was ProArc. Akselera also assisted with testing the solution that was implemented in the HR organisation.
Approach, deliverables and value for the customer
The customer achieved efficient management of their document and digital archive that supports their business processes. The solution was integrated with their ERP and business systems. Akselera provided project management and testing support.
