This renewable energy producer also wanted to utilize its central ERP system SAP in South America, where the company has operations in Brazil, Peru, and Chile. The process scope was Procurement & Logistics, Maintenance, and Finance.
Brief description of Akselera’s role, deliverables and results
Akselera acted as program manager, managing the projects in all three countries. Brazil was particularly challenging due to a very complex tax regime. The role required management of both internal and external resources with a diversity of backgrounds and cultures. The program was completed ahead of schedule and at budgeted cost.
