Steingrim has broad experience of organizational change management. For example, in a Norwegian subsidiary of a global energy equipment corporation, he ran a pilot migration project from Oracle to SAP. He was also responsible for pioneering sales and operations planning supported by artificial intelligence/machine learning at a global fuel retailer. He has delivered real-time business improvements at a global oil & gas equipment manufacturer. As a LEAN leader, he realized major improvements in a Norwegian train and tram organization’s maintenance process.
Steingrim helped the Red Cross to improve and visualize their process for rapid mobilization of emergency response units/mobile hospitals. He was deputy project manager for a new EUR 200 million biopharma facility in Denmark. In this role, his key responsibilities were concurrent planning and follow-up through all phases of the three-and-a-half-year project. As a result, the project was delivered at the right time, cost, and quality. As Site & Operational Director at a 700-employee diesel engine plant belonging to a global corporation, he managed a major turnaround, resulting in three consecutive years of profitable growth and a doubling of business volume.
