Lars has many years of experience as a senior manager, with responsibility for strategic development, production and logistics, IT, marketing and sales, supply chain, personnel and R&D. He has held line management positions at several major international companies. He has also overseen four strategic improvement projects, including ERP implementations as project owner, involving all process areas. The largest of these covered 40 countries, and successfully replaced ~30 legacy ERP systems. In addition, he has delivered several large and mid-sized SAP/ERP-enabled transformation and improvement projects/programmes.

Lars has managed and provided content for digital strategy, application and infrastructure projects in the private and public sectors.
