Jan has many years experience from management positions in utilities and software companies in Europe and Asia Pacific. He has been involved in software delivery projects with a focus on assets, service and project management covering multi-site and multi-country companies.

His initial career covered operations and maintenance of hydro power plants in Norway. Following on he has worked across different industries such as pulp & paper, telecom and MRO with an emphasis on Enterprise Asset Management. For more than ten year he was the President for IFS, a Swedish software company, in Asia Pacific managing direct operations in six countries in addition to extended partner networks.
