Arild has worked in the IT, petroleum and healthcare sectors, and been a management consultant for more than 20 years. During his professional career he has become an expert on supply chain management and process improvement. He has worked with major consultancy firms, where he managed significant change projects involving leading oil and gas companies, as well as clients in the healthcare sector. Arild knows how to successfully manage complex supply chain projects in conjunction with client teams, in order to implement new technology and achieve process and organizational change. He has also led a major complex healthcare digitalization project involving the procurement and implementation of patient flow solutions.
