Customer need/ Project scope ​

The company’s solution environment had evolved in an ad-hoc manner, which resulted in disparate systems, low business process performance, and a lack of governance structure. Providing management with high-quality and timely information was therefore quite time consuming and inefficient. This project’s main objectives included:

More professionalized, simplified, and efficient business processes using SSO for accounting, finance and procurement​.
Reduced effort and time spent on manual work through easier extraction, consolidation and presentation of information​.
Implementation of proven, market-leading standard solutions by adapting business processes and procedures to align with best practice​.

Brief description of Akselera’s role, deliverables and results ​

Akselera assisted the customer with contract negotiations prior to the ERP implementation project.  Our experience from similar projects resulted in a good agreement for both parties. In the implementation project, Akselera undertook the project manager role, with responsibility for project execution, as well as managing supplier and contract matters.  Additionally, Akselera acted as Test-Lead. After the ERP implementation, Akselera acted as rollout manager and solution architect for subsequent rollouts.
