Delivering Project management in IFS Services
The customer is the municipally owned operator of a major Norwegian city’s rapid transit and tram services.
Customer need/ Project scope
This program consisted of five subprojects. Its objective was to digitally document the Infrastructure Department’s execution process and enable information about the condition of the infrastructure to be used to optimize maintenance in the short and long term.

Brief description of Akselera’s role, deliverables and results
Akselera’s advisor acted as project manager for one of the program’s subprojects, Configure IFS preventive maintenance to perform digital scheduling and meet documentation requirements.
The project manager was responsible for fulfilling their project management mandate, regular status reporting, project deliveries, and stakeholder and risk management. In addition, the Akselera advisor contributed to all five subprojects as an IFS subject expert.
