Identify cost improvement areas in the internal logistics operation – both at the company’s logistics hub in Oslo and at the other locations in Norway.
Assess the efficiency of existing internal logistics and sale processes, and the interaction between these processes, to identify how the fulfillment service level could be significantly improved.
Brief description of Akselera’s role, deliverables and results
After performing a thorough “as-is” assessment, Akselera identified and verified over 20 short-term and 10 long-term improvements. We also delivered an action plan for the realization of these improvements.
