Identify cost improvement areas in the internal logistics operation – both at the company’s logistics hub in Oslo and at the other locations in Norway.​

Assess the efficiency of existing internal logistics and sale processes, and the interaction between these processes, to identify how the fulfillment service level could be significantly improved​.

Brief description of Akselera’s role, deliverables and results ​

After performing a thorough “as-is” assessment, Akselera identified and verified over 20 short-term and 10 long-term improvements. ​ We also delivered an action plan for the realization of these improvements.
