Interim management for a new competence and support centre for welfare technology
Akselera signs an agreement with one of Norway largest municipality on interim management for a new competence and support centre for welfare technology.
Digitizing and using welfare technology is an important area for Norwegian municipalities. Akselera is engaged to lead the building of the competence and support centre for welfare technology in an interim phase.
Akselera will be implementing a new governance model in the municipality outlining how the new competence- and support centre for welfare technology will work. The new governance model covers how the municipality will work with standardization of work processes, and how continuous improvement can be applied for welfare technology across different sectors.
Digitizing and using welfare technology is an important tool for residents and relatives to experience increased freedom and security. Coping with day-to-day life becomes easier, and residents can live longer at home. For residents moving to a nursing home or treatment centre use of welfare technology can increase quality of life and freedom in carrying out daily activities.
